By purchasing tickets online for the Creepy Trail of Willow Creek, you are automatically agreeing to our liability waiver. This waiver is mandatory for all attendees and covers the inherent risks associated with participating in the event. No additional action is required for online ticket holders. For walk-ins, a physical copy of the waiver must be signed at the entrance prior to entry.
LIABILTY WAIVER: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this attraction. Attendees agree to release Creepy Trail of Willow Creek, officers, employees, workers, volunteers, and landlord from any liability from harm, injury, damage, death, or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from attending the Creepy Trail of Willow Creek.
POLICIES & GUIDELINES:
We do everything possible to make your visit as fun, exciting, and safe as possible. The following policies & guidelines are to ensure you enjoy every minute of this outdoor amusement. Please be mindful of them when you come out to freak out at The Creepy Trail of Willow Creek.
1. Outdoor footwear is required. Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, or high heels.
2. Stay on the trails. Yes, we are watching you. Please do not run or attempt to forcefully exit a path so that you do not get hurt. Emergency rescue personnel are available if needed.
3. Watch your head and feet for low areas and branches. There are areas of the trail that you must watch your steps for. Remember you are in the woods.
4. There will be green rope, arrows, and signs to guide you along the trail. Please keep your eyes open or at least peeked if you’re scared for your safety.
5. Fog machines and strobes in use. The use of flashlights, lighters, or matches is strictly prohibited. You will be given a form of light to use.
6. Keep your children close while within the realm of the trail. The woods at night can be quite frightening.
7. No cameras or videotaping permitted inside the attraction. Please keep phones and other valuables in your vehicle.
8. Please hold on tight to your valuables. While we try to retrieve lost items quickly, we can not stop the show. Any found items will be stored for claim. The Creepy Trail of Willow Creek is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Please do not touch actors, scenes, and props.
10. Do not attend if you are under medical supervision, pregnant, have heart or respiratory issues, or are prone to seizures.
11. No firearms or weapons allowed.
12. Security will be enforced.
13. There is an incline on the trail that requires rope to access and a small decline so please watch your step. Other inclined and declined areas along the trail do not require rope.
14. Halloween masks are not allowed on the trails. You will be asked to remove them before entry.
15. We have the right to refuse entry if you appear impaired or intoxicated.
16. No alcoholic beverages on the premises.
17. Parking is designated for your safety & convenience. There is limited parking available. Please carpool if able to accommodate the group following you.
18. By attending the Creepy Trail of Willow Creek, you grant permission for photography and video recording, which may be used for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.
19. The Creepy Trails of Willow Creek can be very scary. Please understand the show may be too intense for children under 10 but it’s up to the parents' discretion. Some children have a great time!

Q: What are the dates and hours of operation?
A: The Creepy Trail of Willow Creek is open every weekend in October, including Halloween night. We operate on Friday & Saturday from 8 pm-12 am and Sunday from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Halloween night will be 7:30 pm- 10:30 pm.
Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: Tickets purchased online here or guests may pay at the door but may have to wait for the next available trail time.
Q: Is the trail suitable for children?
A: The Creepy Trail of Willow Creek is designed to be frightening and is recommended for ages 10 and up accompanied by an adult. Parental discretion is advised.
Q: What should I wear?
A: The trail is outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. We also recommend bringing a jacket as the nights can get chilly.
Q: Are there any food options available?
A: Potentially! We are working on having a different food truck on-site every night serving delicious food and drinks.
Q: Can I take photos or videos on the trail?
A: For the safety of our guests and to preserve the experience, photography and video recording are not allowed on the trail. However, we have designated photo-op areas where you can snap some spooky shots on different nights.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The Creepy Trail of Willow Creek operates in dry weather. However, in the case of rain or severe weather, please check our website or social media for updates. We will make attempts to make that day up.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, we have ample parking available on-site.
Q: Are refunds available?
A: Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if the weather closes our event due to being outdoors, we do offer the option to reschedule first and if The Creepy Trail is unable to make up that day for our guest we will issue a refund. Please plan accordingly.
