For walk-ins, a physical copy of the waiver must be signed at the entrance prior to entry.

Age Recommendation: While all ages are welcome, the Creepy Trail may be too intense for younger children. We recommend it for ages 10 and up. All children must be supervised by an adult.

A: We ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their ticketed time. If you’re late, you may have to wait for the next available slot depending on availability.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
